Canadian screen actress who became known for her role as Bo Dennis on Lost Girl. Her first appearance was on CBS' Blood & Treasure, from 2019 onwards. Her other credits include 2006's Earthstorm as well as 2005's The Perfect Neighbor. Silk was born to Peter Silk, an academic of Fredericton New Brunswick Canada and Ilkay Silk who is an actor producer director playwright and educator. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's first memory is of being a watcher of her mother's work, in the kitchen and going to play rehearsals. Silk made appearances in numerous commercials while a young child. She was in 1997 when she graduated with an undergraduate education in the field of theater from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas was responsible for two early theatre productions. They were Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1998). They have sons named Samuel and Levi. Her first big role as Bo Dennis, a succubus on the Canadian television show Lost Girl in 2009. CNN has named Bo Dennis and Lauren Assante as one of the best television Couples to ever. E!
